"Comfortable but not professional enough "

The staff did all what they could to accommodate us. I think the management was not as flexible as them we wanted to get normal receipts for our payment and it took so long and very difficult to make. I even thought we stayed there illegally from how hard to was to get a receipt . Any way they did their best i just assume that their system is need to be reversed

"Could have been better"

The room was spacious and staff friendly

Not much effort is done to improve the breakfast. The cleanliness can be made better and for a new hotel it needs more maintenance

"good price-performance ratio"

The hotel is fine, the Swimming pool / Spa very nice and big enough. Price/performance ration is fine. The age and the time elapsed since the last refurbishment is clear, but the intent to keep things intact can be seen.

Furniture in the room is quite run-down. The concrete below the floor/carpet is uneven so in the room ans on the corridor.
