We loved everything. The staff was amazing. The room was very good and comfortable. The restaurant was great and food was awesome. We would stay there again in a heartbeat.

They didn't have my room. They told me a former employee canceled my reservation back in March. Here my room was still confirmed through Booking.com. It was a busy weekend and they didn't have any rooms available. They didn't call me at all. No notification. That was the most frustrating part. Great thing booking.com call and verified everything and I was taken care of. Very unprofessional Ute Mountain Casino. Great and speedy customer service Booking.com.

How the hotel is so clean and the workers keep it clean as well. Ute Mountain Casino is a very nice place. I don't mind spending the night their again. :)

The smoke from the smoking casino is overwhelming in the lobby and hallway! Definitely need to get a stronger ventilation system!
