Perfect Hotel. From enterance to room. Clean, cool and free breakfast.

Ivan, who worked in maintenance, was exceptional. He went above and beyond. 5 stars. For him, his sincere desire and ability to help. He saw I needed help before I even asked.

Front desk staff. I would barely give 3 stars for the afternoon or morning front desk clerks. They were efficient only in the checking in and out process. They never smiled. They didn't seem to care about the concept of a friendly greeting or even saying the standard "have a nice day" or "let me know if you need anything". They weren't busy. They simply didn't appear to think that simple kindness was in their unwritten job description. I work as a concierge at a different Williamsburg facility. I try to actually see the people in front of me and not just whether their credit cards or ID's are in order. The bathtub in the accessible King room could use some updating. I took pictures but right now I just want to get to work.

Great location

Found hairs on the towels when we checked in. Next morning asked for new towels after we ate breakfast, lady at the front desk was super nice to my husband but not nice at all to me, when I didn’t say anything to her. The pool was clearly not up-kept so could not enjoy that. I guess you get what you pay for, but it’s not like this is a super cheap hotel so, just disappointing.

Front desk staff are extremely rude and unprofessional. The concierge man is creepy and would stalk us in the parking lot.

Nothing I fell and got hurt really bad on sat the 16th around 6pm and they didn’t not care at all and I had to wait to go home to go to go care urgent care I was so bad in pain and everything they called Wilmington christiana hospital I fractured my foot and even told staff and they just gave me a band ad which is horrible when I I saw the staff I told them when I got home I was going to the hospital cause my benefits are horrible it took two big men to get me up from the fall I blacked out and saw black dots for a min or two and you guys are not doing anything which is horrible finally when we left and I explained again what happened and this guy seemed to care he said he would look up the fall I’ve been on this bubble thing to support my ankle fracture and gave me crutches will never go there again

The desk lady wasn’t very friendly at all, I might have interrupted her phone conversation bec I was still at the desk and she picked up the phone and resumed her conversation . She wasn’t ready to help me.

Prior customers hair being stuck in the towels. Absolutely disgusting. Hair on bedding and sheets. Our curtain raid was curved and bent so when showering you couldn’t even close them all the way. Breakfast was rough. Great coffee machine but no flavored creamer was a little surprising. The only options of scrambled eggs and link sausage. Just overall underwhelming for breakfast.
