Eine unglaublich schöne Unterkunft, sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, alles vorhanden, ein eigener Wirlpool - herrlich, die Pferde haben regelmäßig ihre Möhren abgeholt, die beiden Bernadiner schauten regelmäßig vorbei, einfach nur traumhaft, Maureen - eine ganz liebenswerte Gastgeberin, zwei Nächte waren viel zu wenig !

The hospitality was fantastic. We were made to feel right at home and the visiting animals made the kids day. We also loved the facilities such as the hot tub. Great stay, would definitely come back!!

We loved the hot tub experience with the view of the sunset and peaceful surroundings. We loved connecting with nature and viewing the farm animals who frolic about on the property. The property was meticulously clean and well kept. So many thoughtful gifts and additions were there to make the experience more enjoyable. We had fresh fruit, freshly baked (and extremely tasty cinnamon buns, dog treats, and microwaveable popcorn all waiting for us- among other things. The staff here are so friendly and welcoming. We will definitely return one day soon!

There was nothing we can think of that could be improved upon.

The Woodhouse Ranch is a wonderful, relaxing get away. I would absolutely stay there again. My cottage was beautiful and cozy. I had a lovely view of the horses in the paddock and a great little backyard for my dog. The owners are kind and very helpful. The location cannot be beat - truly a marvel in central BC.

It was very quiet, peacefull and comfortable.

Everything is just perfect with so much love for the little details. Make sure to stay as long as you can! Maureen is a fantastic host!

The cottage has everything you need, is comfortable and unique. The horses are so sweet and it was fun to feed them carrots!

What a beautiful little getaway! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such warmth and kindness by Maureen—an incredibly sweet and thoughtful host 🥰. This peaceful oasis, tucked just minutes from town, is truly something special. The cabin is filled with charming, personal touches that make it feel like a true home away from home. It’s clear that the owners put so much care into creating a space where every guest feels valued and appreciated. Being able to bring our pets was a huge bonus. They were treated like part of the family and loved the chance to experience a bit of farm life alongside us. One of our favorite moments was the leisurely walk around the ranch—visiting the cows and feeding fresh carrots (so kindly provided by our hosts) to the horses. It was pure joy. Afterwards, slipping into the private jacuzzi with cozy robes and enjoying the most delicious cinnamon buns ever was absolute heaven. Even though we didn’t get to enjoy the beautiful, sparkling outdoor pool due to the rain, it looked incredibly inviting with its comfy lounge chairs and fun floats. We’ll definitely be back for that! The only downside? How quickly it books up—we would’ve loved to stay another night. But we’re already counting down the days until our return in December, where we look forward to snow, a crackling fire, and that magical jacuzzi under winter skies. Thank you again, Maureen, for everything. This place is a little piece of paradise.
