I normally do not write reviews but this place is special. From the moment we arrived and the owner/host Maureen came outside to greet us at our car by name, we knew this was a special place. After talking for about 5 minutes, it felt like Maureen was our best friend for 20 years. She was so friendly! She gave us a personalized tour of our cabin which was much appreciated. The was a personal greeting letter with our names on it and a couple of cinnamon rolls that were so good. We were lucky enough to see a bear and 3 cubs that wandered on the property at a distance. There 2 St. Bernard dogs were so friendly. We met another staff member “Nadine” who also was so friendly and accommodating. We honestly could not find fault with anything. If your travels take you thru Prince George, do yourself a favor and drive the extra 15 to 20 minutes out of town and stay here. You will not regret it. Truly, a “four seasons” stay without the actual hotel. Can’t wait to come back and try out there new future bubble house! Thank you Maureen and staff for a quiet and memorable stay.

"Anniversary Trip was fantastic!"

Great location, cozy clean cabin, horses were amazing to pet & feed carrots! Owners attention to details (homemade cinnamon buns and sparkling juice for our anniversary) Watching the sunset from the hot tub! Dog friendly, our boy was very happy! We will definitely stay here again.

This place is amazing! Its hard to say anything negative. Only things were the bed could have been comfier and the hot tub at our cabin cooled off pretty fast.

"Just a tranquil comfortable peaceful paradise"

We just loved everything about this cozy comfortable cottage. Maureen is delightful and her cinnamon buns are spectacular. We loved having the horses come by and say hello and we fed them carrots. The dogs were very friendly too. We were lucky enough to see the deer everyday and on a walk in the field we spotted a black bear with her three cubs which was a highlight. The cottage was spotless well equipped, good WiFi, TV, cooking facilities, great heating, comfortable bed and great shower.

Absolutely nothing.
