The location is great and a short drive to halls gap town. The bed was clean and the size of the room is as expected. Bath looked clean but didn't use. Parking had allocated spots to the back of the units which was convenient. 2 heaters in the room so it heated quickly on cold nights.

Kitchen: The condiments provided in the room had expired in January (we are now in August) and had open packets in the containers. The water tasted gross, not sure if it was the kettle or the actual water quality. Main room: TV does not have access to streaming services. Would have expected this from a deluxe room and the price of the room. The blinds are filthy and appear to have mould spots on them. Bathroom: Shower has no water pressure. The water temp was great but the water pressure is so bad you can barely rinse out your shampoo/conditioner. 3 minute showers end up taking 10 to 15.

shower pressure very low, no fresh toilet paper it was already used rolls almost empty
