Haus Leithner - Suiten & Apartments

Das einzige Positive an der Unterkunft war tatsächlich, überaus freundliches Personal.

Wir wurden in unser Zimmer/Aparment gebracht, dabei kam uns schon ein extrem muffiger Geruch entgegen. Wir mussten erstmal Lüften. Balkon mit Seeblick gebucht, unser Ausblick war in Bergrichtung aber viel mehr aufs andere, schönere, Hotel. Am Balkon waren stinkige Blumen angebracht. Einrichtung war veraltet und unmodern. Frühstück kam auf einem Wagen ins Zimmer. Auch hier wurden wir enttäuscht. Haben uns absolut unwohl gefühlt und sind deshalb sogar früher abgereist. Preisleistung absolut nicht in Ordnung. Legt 200€ drauf und ihr bekommt ein tolles Hotel direkt am See. Entfernung zu diesem war ca. 1km und sehr nervig. Sonst ist Pertisau wunderschön.

Das Frühstück und der Service waren sehr gut. Alle waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage war sehr zentral und wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Ausblick zum See. Es war sehr ruhig und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Den Kindern hat das Trampolin im top gepflegtem Garten besonders gut gefallen.

Im Schlafzimmer hätten wir es gerne etwas dunkler gehabt. Es gab leider nur normale Vorhänge und keine Verdunklungsvorhänge. Im Apartment unter uns waren sehr starke Raucher, die immer auf dem Balkon geraucht haben und das zog leider ständig in unsere Wohnung, so dass wir nicht gut lüften konnten.

Everything was perfect!🤩 We are spending such a nice time together with my family. Excellent Servis especially the owner and receptionist. Apartment was so big and clean. They served every morning breakfast to the room.

Christoph greeted us at the door even though we were late due to train issues in Italy. He gave us lots of information about the area and the building. The rooms were spacious and had everything we needed for the stay. After our busy trip to Roma, this was ideal as it was quiet and peaceful to relax. Christoph and his team were always on hand to answer any questions and their English was excellent. The hotel is a short walk down to the lake, the golf course, the Cable car, and the bus stop (which you get free passes for with your room keys).

The only issue was our sons bed was quite firm.
