"Would definitely stay again"

10.0

Every time that we've had an issue we've always called and they've handled it with the utmost care and promptness, I do want to state that they do need to find some form of secure parking or something else it's a lot closer I had to spend almost $14 a day to park in the parking ramp that is secured over by the U of M which is two and a half blocks away and that kind of gets irritating having to walk back and forth all of the time to go get my car and have to pay additional $14 a day and I stayed there for nine days so that adds up quickly. I also had my car towed parking in the daycare parking lot adjacent to the Seoul house towers for an hour because I was unloading groceries from my car and bring it upstairs so that's an additional $280 that was incurred so the parking thing definitely needs to be fixed other than that everything was great oh, this is the second time I've stayed there. The only thing I would add an addition is to verify with the person renting whether or not there is a balcony, last time we rented I had a balcony and this time we did not even know it said it was included in the description

"Good but not great"

10.0

I went on an 20th anniversary vacation. The property was nice but there were a few problems. There were clothes left in the en suite dryer from the previous guest. We didn't need it so that was not a big deal. The handle for the patio was broken on one end but it could still be opened so also jot a big deal. There were a few scattered cheerios on the floor but not a ton so again, not a big deal. I didn't like that there was only the overhead light in the bedroom and no lamps. I also didn't like that there were no instructions on the odd key fob for the door. I spent too long trying to figure it out. If there was parking available, we were not told. In the end, the full kitchen allowed us to cook together on our anniversary night which is what we were looking for. The rooms fit our needs but just needed a few tweaks to go from good to great. It is probably a better location for someone in town for business purposes but helped us have a fun anniversary despite COVID-19.

"Excellent"

Having the space of an apartment was great. It's a very clean, well kept, roomy, and comfortable space. Finding it was not so easy. The street number only faces a street that you can't stop on. You have to kind of guess, find another building's lot to stop in, get out and try to find it (if you've never been there before). The apartment complex actually has a different name. No where that we saw does it say the Luxe. There is no where to park which came as a surprise. There is a small lot on the side that is for the child care center next door. We parked there under threat of getting towed, got the key out of a locked compartment (after some difficulties), ran all our stuff (including food which was the benefit of having a place with a kitchen) up to the 4th floor, then find a parking ramp and walk back. At least it was decent weather. Getting the key was kind of a mess. But we called the phone number that came with the confirmation email and although tedius, the rep was very helpful. She also directed us to a nearby ramp as we were panicked not expecting to have to park away from the building in an area unknown to us.
