Quality Inn Ladysmith

We did not have a shower curtain in the bathroom. Went to the front desk after we arrived and the guy behind the desk could not help us. Did not offer a room transfer, or any solution. Must have had a water leak, floors were wet, and everything in the room was damp with a musty smell. Once again did not offer a room change, refund, nothing. Was afraid to stay over night not knowing what happened, but we had no choice.

Clean King room, fridge and microwave in room. Shower good, although hard water. Nothing will foam in this water!

Staff was super friendly and made the checking in and out process very easy and simple

I booked a studio room on line and was given the wrong room. Staff was unable to make changes. Waiting on a reimbursement for a smaller room

I will rate this hotel a B . There were 3 of us and we reserved a suite. The king bed was comfortable but too high for my 88 year old mother. We had to ask for a step stool for her to get in to bed. The pull out sofa was TERRIBLE. I finally closed it at 2am the first night and slept on the sofa. We asked to switch rooms and were told that the manager would reach out to us to discuss on Monday. S/he never contacted us and I gave up asking. I slept on a cot for the next 6 nights. Overall, the front desk staff and cleaning staff were very pleasant and as helpful as they could be. I would stay there again, but not in a suite if a 2nd bed is needed.

The room was very clean and comfortable. We could have used a blanket that was a little warmer. The towels were large and thick. The television set was good. The waffles were good for breakfast, but the rest of the options could use some improving. We enjoyed our stay and will be back next year.

The hotel lobby, our room, and the pool were all clean and comfortable. The breakfast is one of the best I've had at a hotel. They have a little bit of everything and the kids love that you can make your own waffles! The staff was friendly, attentive, and professional. We come to the Ladysmith area several times a year for family events so this is always our go-to hotel to stay at. Thank you, Cobblestone staff!

After 2 nights of stay, going into third night, no room cleaning, fresh towels, or bed being made at any time. Had to call desk on evening of third night to get fresh towels, which were delivered.

The breakfast bar was not stocked timely and I wish there was more variety.
