Everything was Great about this property.

Always clean rooms and staff is very nice.

The staff was pleasant and welcoming. The room was very clean and comfortable. I needed some local information and the staff was more than accomondating. We were given the handicapped accessible room as my son has difficulty climbing stairs, whish was very appreciated.

Friendly staff, pool & hot tub good temperatures and breakfast was hot & tasty. Beds were comfortable, plenty of pillows. Could have used an extra blanket and thicker, bigger shower towels. The pool area had no towels but staff supplied when I asked for them. We enjoyed our stay.

This hotel was well taken care of and quiet. We loved the pool area! We liked that there was a sauna and the hot tub was actually hot. Parking was super simple. The workers were all very friendly and explained all we needed to know. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. I’m grateful for a nice place to stay in Ladysmith.

Staff was great 👍👍 the pool area was the best. Enjoyed my stay very much and plan on coming back the July.. Thanks to the staff, you were above and beyond.

Everything was good in the room. Enjoyed the pool and the hot tub, the location worked out great for us, near restaurants and stores if you need any last-minute things Staff was very friendly and helpful when needed. Will definitely stay again.

Average to above average lodging. Sheets and room were overall clean. The carpet needs cleaning or removal. No fruit on breakfast buffet. Jets not working on hot tub so it's one big common bath tub. The sauna is broken. I don't believe we received a reduction for the amenities that were not available.
