Breakfast excellent, lots of choice and efficient short order section. Happy and efficient staff, in particular want to mention Griszelda and Norma. Chantal on the reception desk was great. Bar staff helpful and efficient.

Nothing to dislike. Lake a little low on water. Finding it difficult to say anything negative. We had a great time.

Wasn’t impressed with the state of the bathroom. Water from the shower would escape and practically flood the bathroom… disappointing for a 4* hotel.

Position, provided you have transport. You can walk to Waterstones small shopping centre/ restaurants across the road. Rooms overlooking what was the small lake are excellent. As l stayed at the hotel for work since 1993 then later on holidays it has been wonderful.
