Palazzo Doglio

The rooms are nice but our room 308 got no sun on the balcony morning or evening. The breakfast is nice ,apart from runny scramble eggs.while the hotel is nice there is no area ,pool etc outside to relax unless you count a few outdoor seats.the spa needs more and separate from the gym,it's fairly basic and no fruit in relaxation room just water or tea.there are a few decent restaurants in the courtyard if you do not want to walk into town and if you are a single female this might be a good idea after 10 at night as my wife was uncomfortable with the characters that we encountered enroute to the hotel. The hotel itself is perfectly safe and relaxed . Staff were excellent and attentive .

La struttura bella e elegante ..e solo uno dello staff all'altezza della struttura

Il servizio in generale,appena saliti in ascensore, si blocca e siamo rimasti piu di 5 mn dentro,alla fine hanno forzato la porta con una chiave e sicuramente non era la prima volta che succedeva ,dopo ci hanno lasciato più di 10 mn aspettando il servizio per l'accensione dell'aria condizionata della camera, decidiamo di dimenticare questi due episodi negativi,e scendiamo a bere due gin tonic, che quando abbiamo chiesto due noccioline o chips,la loro risposta e stata e troppo tardi per le noccioline, una cosa mai sentita, perché io in qualunque posto sia stato con due gin tonic di solito portano sempre due noccioline o due olive penso sia l'abc anche se fosse a pagamento, andiamo a letto sperando la colazione sia migliore, mi sono dovuto alzare due volte per chiedere due caffè al tavolo perché nessuno si e avvicinato a chiedere se avessimo bisogno di qualcosa...insomma spero che noi siamo solo stati sfortunati e non sia una cosa normale per questa struttura ....in ogni caso l'hotel e' davvero bello
