BEWARE OF THIS PLACE! Van Manh, who runs this property, is a liar and a cheat. After agreeing to extend my stay for two more days, he suddenly messaged me saying I had to move out because the pipes in the room had burst. He claimed he entered the room to fix the issue, but that was a complete lie. I quickly found out he made up the entire story just to give the room to another guest—even after confirming I could extend. He even threatened to throw my belongings out. According to Vietnamese law, hotels must register all guests with the local police upon check-in. He didn’t do that, which is an immediate red flag. That protocol exists to protect guests, and ignoring it shows they feel free to mistreat people without accountability. Van Manh has zero respect for guests. He is rude, inconsiderate, and dishonest. Avoid this place at all costs.

Утром открыл окно, на улице было прохладней, хотя кондиционер проработал всю ночь. -Орущие продавцы горячих булочек под окном днем и ночью. -Маленькая раковина, умыватся невозможно. Ударился лбом о стекло, пытаясь умытся. -Глючный и медленный интернет, раздал WiFi со своего телефона. -Несколько раз вырубалось электричество -Нет туалетных принадлежностей, пришлось идти за зубной пастой среди ночи в магазин. Нет приветсвенной воды. -Не было полотенец, пришлось просить. -Стафф отвечает и работает с большими задержками.
