Everything was very nice. From the time we got there until we left. Amazing staff and the cleanness of the hotel was awesome

Very clean, welcoming, quiet atmosphere, our room was amazing, beds we’re comfortable and the balcony was a plus. Will stay here again if we come back through Bowling Green.

Everything from cleanliness-staff-restaurant, etc…exceptional hotel and location. Haven’t stayed here in 3 years, used to come to BG for business. When I walked in, Kim Byrne recognized me right away and addressed by name, I was so impressed. She is friendly and engaging and always has a smile on her face. Being a Platinum Elite member, this was the best Marriott experience I’ve ever had. Cheers to Kim👍

Quiet and nice

We enjoyed our stay.

Relatively new hotel. Large rooms, very spacious. Clean and neat...with a bistro and a bar. Desk staff very knowledgeable and kind and helpful. Very quiet at night..no issue sleeping. Comfortable beds.

We stopped here to visit Mammoth caves. It's disappointing that breakfast is not included. The lady at the bistro was miserable and cranky, all we did was ask for toast for morning breakfast. The rooms are comfortable and there is parking onsite. The front desk is friendly.

This is the nicest hotel. We spent 2 nights visiting area attractions with our children and grand children. The staff were all very friendly and they went above and beyond to make our special. A special thank you to Brenda the bartender who showered our grand children with kindness! The hotel and rooms were clean and well kept. We really enjoyed the fruited water in the lobby. The indoor pool was a big hit with the kids!
