The location, and the area is not noisy.

The shower gets a lot messy.

The hotel's terrace is the huge selling point, as are the balcony rooms which have great views across the river to main Tbilisi. The breakfast had a nice spread. Good hot water once it started flowing. Refrigerator in each room.

Staff seemed fairly disorganized at front desk. For example we checked in three times but were never told anything about the breakfast. We stayed in three rooms due to a mix of pre, post group travel and rooms we booked ourselves. Each one had its own benefits and negatives. Some rooms had great bathrooms with space and showers that didn't leak out on the the floor where others the shower and toilet were cramped and the shower drained on the floor. Some had well placed nightstands and power jacks, with others the only power jack was in the middle of the head of the bed. The rooms and neighbors were fairly loud. Each door had some sort of alarm which goes off when the doors are left open, at some point most nights (at any hour) a neighbors would leave the door open and the alarm would go off for a bit, additionally neighbors would talk fairly loud in their rooms late at night or very early in the morning.

The location was just perfect and most of the tourist attractions are just very a few walking distance and some are just even out outside the hotel. The view from the balcony is very nice

The room is a bit small and not suitable for a family.
