The location was good, communication was clear, the price was excellent.

There was a bit of a smell from the communal bathroom. It looked clean though.

Die Lage ist wirklich super. Innerhalb von 5 Minuten ist man zu Fuß an der Hallgrimmskirkja. Durch den Self-Check-In war das ankommen zu jederzeit möglich und sehr unproblematisch. Wir haben den Code für die Eingangstüre über Booking zugeschickt bekommen und unser Schlüssel steckte auf der Zimmertüre. WLAN funktioniert auch ohne Probleme.

Unser Zimmer war im Erdgeschoss neben der Eingangstüre. Es ist recht hellhörig, sodass wir nachts mitbekommen haben, dass Leute abgereist sind. Ebenfalls war unser Badezimmer recht klein, aber für eine Nacht war es völlig ausreichend.

Super cute little room, decorated and cozy. Lots of nice amenities. Location is easy to find and checkin was simple.

The bed... I wish I was exaggerating when I say I've slept better on camping trips - a deflating mattress at 0C is nothing anyone wants to experience. This mattress though... It was shocking. I would be very embarrassed to offer this to a customer. At first it's okay, but after and hour or so it keeps sagging into a very deep dent. I'm lightweight and small, but that didn't change anything. Because there is a slanted roof above the mattress that no one is able to fit under, more than half of the single matrress is unusable and still quite stiff. People obviously cramp into a tiny sliver and the dent keeps worsening. By the time I realised, it was 1am and too late to do anything about it. Was just happy to be dry and not on the street at - 7 in the middle of the night. I really really hope they fix this problem because other than that it was a sweet little room. In summer it would probably need proper light blockers though.
