Superior Suites Phoenix Mesa

This place had roaches.

Room smelled dirty.

Superior Suites is comfortable and in a quiet Mesa location that is close to everything I need during my stays in this area! The staff is friendly and helpful and personable. It’s good to be able to park close to my room and feel safe in my travels! Thanks!

There were dirty footprints on the bathroom floor, brown stains and makeup stains on towels, marker stains on sheets, burn holes on comforter and the pool was filled but we weren’t allowed to use it. Shower head very low, no cold water. Not the best stay.

Property was dirty by the trash can it just looks dry ugly a lot of RVs and bunch of trash everywhere

Couldn’t use the pool, probably because the insurance was lapsed. The AC was too weak for the heat; I woke up continuously throughout the night sweating in my room: 102. There were stains on the towels. It was gros. Never staying again.

Reasonable price in a safe neighborhood. Peaceful atmosphere. Friendly office staff. Walk to a grocery market. Clean room & property.

Surprised at this property, it was really nice. Definitely motel vibes and older, but well maintained.
