Wonderful stay at Pondok Naya Ubud, Chandra and the team were so welcoming and accommodating. The location is great and the buggy service up to the main road was really handy. A comfortable stay and we loved the pool.

A wardrobe would have been convenient.

Pondok Naya Ubud is a nice and peaceful property. Although it’s a little away from the main street, the shuttle service to the parking area is very helpful, and Ubud Market is only about 5 minutes away by Grab or Gojek. The stay was comfortable overall, but I felt the staff could be a bit more welcoming. They did accommodate requests, but sometimes seemed reluctant, which was different from my experience at other places in Bali. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay.
