Great breakfast

The staff were very accommodating and the accommodation (Wooden 3) was just what I expected. Once in the villa it was very quiet and secluded. Breakfast was great. Bottled water supplied made life much easier.

For me, the location was too busy... I thought it was further out of the main part of Ubud, but really it was right in the thick of it - very busy. Some leaks in the villa when there was heavy rain, and no ventilation in the bathroom.

We had a villa to just 2 of us, it was absolutely stunning! The pool was a great size, the sun loungers were perfectly in the sun. There was a good size bedroom and bathroom as well as living space. The staff were so friendly and couldn't do enough for us, they asked every day to clean our room and always made the effort to put more water in the fridge and ensure we were happy. They were very efficient with the buggy service in coming to collect us and apologising if they did not answer for even just 1 or 2 minutes. We absolutely loved it and would 1000% recommend to anyone looking for an affordable villa in bali where you can have the best of everything in terms of being close to shops and restaurants but also easy enough to get a grab to the centre of ubud.

Lots of ants in the kitchen but this is to be expected in the kitchen as it was outdoors.

We were staying in the 2 bed private villa with a private pool. The pool was lovely to cool down in in the afternoons. We really enjoyed the breakfast option provided and the buggy to and from the car park.

Some minor things could have been improved on such as a tap broken in the bathroom and the shower heads being cleaned so the water flow would be better.

Nice room peaceful

The room and pool were very nice. The staff was helpful although we didn't see them very often since we didn't see any sort of front desk until we checked out. We loved the bed and the bathroom and found the stay very comfortable as a first place to land in Bali.

Pondok Naya was a little further out from the city center and only accessible via walking or scooter. We had to walk up to a main road to get rides anywhere. The walk wasn't too far and had some good restaurants in the neighborhood, but at the heat of the day it wasn't an ideal walk.

The room bathroom and room.door open, got bites of mosquitoes, pillows not comfortable , no slippers for the bath. No water for guests have to buy....location isn't cool.
