Чучуть не чисто

The pool was nice to cool off and pool lounger to enjoy. Friendly transfer buggy young man. When we asked for fly bug spray they got us some, and pot for baby bottles. Only rates as high as a 3 due to the swimming pool.

This property is NOT suitable if travelling with children and especially a baby. The cot that was provided had mouse poo through it and had been eaten by mice or rats presenting in large holes. Simply not acceptable. The replacement did not look any better and for this reason, the baby stayed in the bed with us. Fortunately there were no bed bugs, but there was NO mattress protector on the bed. There was no insect spray and there were bugs that needed to be sprayed (cockroaches for eg). The mosquito net was filthy and looked like it had never been cleaned. Dirty hair at the edge of the shower. There was no way we were taking a bath or using the cooking facilities. But we did need a pot to sanitise the baby bottles which they found for us as nothing like this was provided. You cannot really say kitchen facilities at all, so eat out for each meal. The AC worked, but was a very old unit so hard to keep the room cool.

We loved everything! The privacy of the villa, lovely staff, private pool, bedroom and lounge area were all amazing. The restaurant also had the best food with vegan options, and it was so lovely that they could deliver it. We were made so comfortable by the staff. The Villa is a walk from the road (and ours was separate from the rest of the Pondok Naya hotel), but it was easy with the buggy, and there are fireflies as you walk. Grab scooters could also bring you home. I would absolutely stay here again.

Mosquito coils and a lighter in the loungeroom would be nice, as there are no walls so you are always outside. This was perfect for us, but we did need to buy some coils. The door to the bathroom didn't stay closed (which was needed for mosquitos) but we survived!

The location, the villa...everything was perfect for our family of 5. Loved our stay here so much and will absolutely come back to stay again.

Such a good value for money room, kitchen and pool. Everything was amazing and the staff were so friendly and accommodating!

De kamer was ruim en schoon en had een mooi zwembad.

Rondom wordt er veel gebouwd dus dat hoorde je soms.
