Comfort Inn Portales

Would have been nice to have had hot water for showering.

Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are clean. Breakfast bar was great.

Had a wonderful stay at Comfort Inn! The bathroom in our room was a little uncomfortable as there was no barrier and the water would get all over the floor. Other than that, it was a perfect stay!

Online it clearly states pet friendly. Drove 8 hrs to be rejected because I had a cat. Even though I had a service dog and he was accepted. I offered to pay extra pet fee and they said no to cat but yes to service dog. I was not leaving my cat in car. Had no remorse what so ever. Didn't care that we were so tired of driving long hrs. Girl at front desk felt bad but had to follow her boss on phone orders. Lost for words how unprofessional that was to treat a disabled person with service animal. My cat had a cage and is well mannered. Don't recommend. Still waiting for my refund!

Service was great, Angel the young man that checked us in was friendly and helpful. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Kitchen area was neat and clean. The only complaint we had was that it is very dark in the parking lot, the lights were not working. We have stayed here before and the lights still do not work, but overall the hotel is nice inside.

This is a fabulous play to stay. Located in downtown Portales, it is the remodeled Cal Boykin Hotel. They preserved the building's history while updating it with all the modern amenities of a Comfort Inn. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, and the staff was very helpful.

Clean facilities , pleasant staff.
