The staff was friendly and welcoming.

The first room wasnt cleaned properly found 2 gross bottles behind the fridge counter a sock under the ac and where the microwave was have spillage behind it then the tub was filling up let them know they said they would maintenance and clean it came back from a whole day out and it was still dirty and the tub wasnt fixed but they did make the bed and take the trash, I was moved to another room which was cleaner but the shower curtain was broken so the the curtain wouldnt stay shut so water was getting everywhere.

The beds were comfortable

The rooms had a funny smell, and they were dirty. The bathroom wasn't clean, the curtains were stained.

The internet photo of the building was so deceiving. Everything is run down. My room phone did not work. The walls are dirty. The rooms are not properly clean. The corner of the rooms are dirty. The service could have been better. The staff looked at you as if they judged me. If I could help in anyway, choose another high end hotel. Never again.

Poor maintenance on the rooms , a little dirty in corners , need to pay attention to details

The breakfast was pretty decent. Good selection. Peanut butter would have been nice.

The ceiling in the shower was falling into the shower. Previous water damage that has not been repaired. Carpeting in room and hallway need replacement. Pull out mattress was stained.

The housekeeping staff were very friendly and helpful. We particularly enjoyed Denise. She was very sweet and took good care of us.

The breakfast was a little disappointing.
