"Nettes Hotel, zentral gelegen."

Die Lage und das Frühstück waren sehr gut. War zum Salz und Lichterfest dort.

Das Bett hat bei jeder Bewegung geknarrt und die Matratze war nicht so toll.

"Preisleistung wird diesem Hotel überhaupt nicht gerecht"

- die Unterkunft lag direkt an der Seilbahnstation von Bad Harzburg - das Hotel lag direkt am Ende des Parks! Man hatte es nicht weit zu Fuß zu irgendwelchen lokalen oder der Wandelhalle -Balkon am Zimmer

-die Unterkunft ist viel zu teuer für sein Angebot -Speisesaal und Buffet waren total beengend! Keine freie Platzwahl! Personal beim Frühstücksbuffet war genervt und unfreundlich… -kein Fahrstuhl zu den Zimmern -Flur wirkte durch den Teppich sehr dreckig (voller Tierhaare) -Zimmer selber waren sehr eng, da zwei Riesen Sessel noch mit reingequetscht wurden… -Parkplatz nicht kostenlos und auch nur schwer zu finden. Dann ein kurzer Fußmarsch durch steinernes Geröll! Mit Koffern gestaltet sich dies schwierig! Besonders für ältere Leute

"Schönes Hotel in zentraler Lage"

"Ich würde dort jederzeit wieder hinfahren"

Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und für jeden was dabei.

Das es im Zimmer kein kleinen Kühlschrank gab.Bei der Wärme hatte es gefehlt für kühle Getränke.
