"appreciated the look"

closet as well as wall hooks for coats/clothing, clothes steamer, decor was fresh, pump soap in bathroom minimized waste, option to skip breakfast and pay less

statement about saving water, yet the shower is only on or off, bed wasn't as comfortable as it looked, and seemed narrow for a queen sized, a paper guide to the tv stations would be helpful

"Molly was fantastic on the front desk!!!"

The layout of the room and the deight of the bed.

The breakfast eating area was cramped. It would have been more pleasant to not have to order from a menu. A nice continental breakfast bar would have been perfect. I think a little rethinking of the lobby layout would be benefical.
