"Awesome hotel and all staff"

Park Inn by Radisson Iloilo was very convenient for us; SM City Mall is just a sky bridge away; room was clean and tidy. The rate per day was excellent. Staff - Lucky, John Rey Jeldenz, Ella, Cesmar, Angelo, Shaira - all showed excellent customer service.

Its location..

As in the past, the water that comes out of the faucet is not hot enough to make it comfortable to take a shower. I don’t know why their water heater is not delivering the desired water temperature. The quality of the water is not normal, it’s like salty side of the water quality/ too light/ slippery because it’s takes a while to wash out shampoo and soap from your body. I reheated for early check in but was not granted. I went to the hotel at 1230 PM and was told to go back at 300 pm because no room is available. The front counter check in staff was not very helpful at all. I checked out the following day very early at 430 AM.
