잘 디자인된 현대식 호텔, 서비스 형태는 기본에 충실함. 바다가 보이고 해안가 산책이 가능한 위치에 있음

아마도 공사시 문제가 많았던 것 같음. 1. 현관문이 호텔의 방음 문이 아니라 아파트용 철문임. 방음 하나도 안됨. 복도 지나가는 소리 다 들림. 2. 가구 목수에게 문제가 많았던 모양임. 가구 조립상태가 너무 나쁨. 시공에서 문제로 보임. 3. 타일 단차가 있음. 욕실은 실리콘으로 마구 떼운 상태임. 4. 실내에 테이블이나 대체 할 만한 것이 없음 5. 샤시가 시스템 창호를 흉내낸 허접한 것임 6. 실내 마무리가 문제가 많아 보임.

아침식사는 갖출 것은 갖춘 편이나 가성비 면에서는 약간 미흡 편의점 운영자의 응대가 다소 불친절하게 여겨졌음. 위치, 교통 등이 접근성이 떨어지고 건물간 이동이 다소 불편 (설걸계 디자인 탓?)
