Location. Housekeeping staff helpful.

We were in a heatwave without working a/c!!!! Made numerous attempts to have problem solved. Could never talk to a manager or owner to resolve this. The night before we left we encountered a manager who apologized but offered no assistance. The motel provided us with a fan and we went and purchased one. Not enough to cool apartment for daytime. Could not cook because it was sweltering in the unit. We rented this facility for the ability to cook. Had to spend most of day in air conditioned malls. The unit was bearable by 10:30 pm. We asked to be moved to another unit or be provided with a window a/c unit. Neither event honoured. Later we witnessed another unit get a window a/c. We remained pleasant but determined with our request. Arrived July 14th and left July 17 th. Would never return or recommend.

I like how simple the booking process is and the staff are nice.

The rooms and buildings needs major repairs and repainting.

The room was clean and private. The room has been renovated nicely. It was very quiet despite there being construction and lots of families and children. The outside was messy because of on-going construction work, however it didn't bother us as the rooms were nice and clean. I did notice some dead bugs inside one of the lamp shades and the AC unit was dusty. The wifi didn't work well. it was nearly impossible to use electronics on wifi. My only recommendation would be to improve the wifi. We will stay here again. Things were reasonable priced and all we needed. The location is prefect for everything you need.

The rooms were clean but the area around the property was kept up very good. We also checked in and had no idea the pool wasn't open as it wasn't posted on Expedia when we booked and that was one of the most important things for us when booking because we have 3 small kids who love to swim. The BBQ area was a nice bonus but the bbq we were using (only one there) had a broken handle so it was a bit tricky. It was the perfect location though right near everything we were there to do and so we would stay again. They always say you get what you pay for!

The only thing we liked was the location

It was very musty smelling and there were earwigs and other small bugs all through the place.

The air conditioning doesn’t work, unbearably hot in the room.

The location was great for attending CBMF and the staff were extremely friendly, answering questions and providing any necessary extra items (towels, etc). Pool area was receiving some nice upgrades.

How everything was close and we could come and go as we needed.

How there was no hot tub or pool. Also we would be gone until 5pm and still out room wasn't cleaned. I just think better time management would help.

Nice, pool was well used by families.
