I was so worried about coming the hotel after recent reviews. Glad they are not true, I had one of the best experiences in this hotel I have ever had . The rooms are perfect , large , comfortable, clean . Nice couch to chill out on and cool down from the Las Vegas heat . Air con is amazing also ! Staff so so friendly and helpful. Free parking short walk either inside or outside of the hotel . Pool was lovely and clean , adults only was relaxed and staff come over a lot to see if you need anything . Overall I was impressed with the hotel and will be returning when I next come to Las Vegas ! A great base I will miss this hotel !

The remodeled room was very nice. Unfortunately our refrigerator wasn't completely installed yet, besides that it was a great room. Very roomy, shower was good, great couch and TV, room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. There was one disappointment at our stay at the Rio...a hotel employee entered our room while we were relaxing and watching tv without knocking or announcing his presence. He chuckled and asked if we asked for an ice bucket(we did not) I had to ask him to leave.

Refrigerator wasn't completed installed.

Larger than normal standard room. Rooms and hotel were clean. Good selection of casino games and live entertainment without the craziness of the strip. However, disappointed that there wasn’t a working refrigerator in the room to keep my waters cold.
