Rooms are comfortable. Very spacious and didn’t feel crowded even with a lot of people there.

The food prices are too high. Only half of the food places were open. It is a very long walk to parking if you self park. No coffee pot in the room.

The AC went out.. Also sink bath room when using it sink next to the closet made noise while using the bathroom one..

Also my luggage was not brought up till 1 hrs later I have stayed there before now problem but this time horrible staff at the counter no help

I love that Rio is open with a family atmosphere as opposed to some casinos where it seems like children are not so welcome because of the casino The Arcade is a nice touch too

My only wish was that the pool was open later into the night more days of the week. Because its too hot out during the day to enjoy the pool. Because not everyone is accustomed to the Las Vegas heat.

It was very good good place to stay and everything not far from the strip either

Not a lot of people at check in line so check in in takes long and once we got their we got the keys to wrong room and went back in line which took another hour
