Era un pò caldo nella camera

Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet. Das Bad ist funktional. Besonders gut fand ich den Saunabereich mit Whirlpool und den Pool. Die Lage war für mich sehr passend und nah an der Bahn dran. In der Gegend gibt es bei Bedarf Restaurants oder Kiosk. Das Personal ist freundlich. Frühstück habe ich nicht gebucht, weswegen ich das nicht bewerten kann.

Leider musste man gefühlt Stunden auf den Fahrstuhl warten, obwohl man nur (ich) in die 3. Etage wollte. Leider hörte das "Treppenhaus" ab Etage 2 auf. Dann standest du da wieder... Das war sehr amüsant, da man mit anderen Gästen ins Gespräch kam, welche allesamt auf den Fahrstuhl gewartet haben oder das Treppenhaus gesucht haben. Irgendwann wurde es uns zu bunt, wir sind dann über die Außentreppe (one way) runter spaziert. (Es gibt insgesamt drei Fahrstühle, davon sind 2 defekt gewesen.) Aktuell sollte man genug Zeit zum Warten mitbringen, ich empfehle ein Buch, dann kann man währenddessen ein paar Seiten lesen und hat die Wartezeit sinnvoll genutzt, haha.

Das Personal war sehr nett. Die Zimmer hatten eine gute Ausstattung und sogar einen Kühlschrank. Der Wellnessbereich mit der Sauna, dem Whirlpool und Dampfbad war echt gut. Wir waren fast allein da drin. Auch die andere Sauna draußen war mit dem Aroma sehr schön.

Leider war einer der 3 Fahrstühle kaputt und es stand eine große Reisegruppe vor uns, deshalb mussten wir gute 10min warten bis wir auf das Zimmer konnten. Das Wasser im Pool war leider sehr kalt. An der Sauberkeit im Saunabereich könnte man etwas arbeiten, denn es lagen überall benutzte Handtücher und Becher. Leider war die Sauna draußen nicht leicht zu entdecken. Parkplätze sind nicht viele vorhanden vor dem Hotel oder teuer in der Parkgarage.

Room was ok.

All three lifts out of service meaning access to 9th floor room was by a vertiginous outside fire escape. Staff unhelpful and unfriendly. It’s not safe, and does not meet standards for disability. Hotel should not be open with all lifts out of service.

Pros: 1. Very helpful and courteous staff from reception to housekeeping 2. Very easy access to the train station, it’s just right outside the building. CONS: 1. THE LIFT!!! On our three nights of stay there, only one lift was working for a hotel of 200+ room capacity. And on our last day, no lift was working in the morning. We had to use the emergency exit to go down and go up till the 11th floor! We had to carry our luggage down because the reception couldn’t be contacted for help. I was given a small compensation of free parking for the trouble. Only used the car park for one night, but forgot to tell staff that. But it is not worth the hassle we experienced. Their lift problem has been a hotel issue for the longest time and still not resolved. So really think hard if you want to stay in this hotel. Attached photo shows the stairs where the fire exit is located and you would use to go up and down if the lift broke down. If you have fear of heights, it WOULD be an issue. 3. Their TV is not smart. You can’t connect or use it to watch on your Netflix/Disney etc account. 2. NO AC!!!! On our stay there in May 2026, the temperature was hovering on the high 20’s. But they didn’t turn on the air-con because it’s not June yet! They should put that in their website. And there should be exceptions. I was pespiring and having migraines during my stay in the hotel. Opening the window didn’t help because you can only open a small gap. And in the morning/afternoon, there is no breeze, so it is very warm the room 3. Because you have to leave the windows open, you can hear the train 24 hours! So if you are a light sleeper, it will be an issue. 4
