Όλα ήταν μελετημένα, προσεγμένα και με βάση τις ανάγκες του πελάτη! Άψογη εξυπηρέτηση από το προσωπικό!!! Χώροι πεντακάθαροι με καταπληκτική διακόσμηση μέσα στο ύφος της χώρας!!! Συστήνεται ανεπιφύλακτα!!!

Worth every penny and I wish I could go more often. All the additional services (Spa, Restaurants, Barbershop) are also on a very high level. Every wish was read from my eyes.

I wish i could afford it more often. The Location is not so inviting, but if you just want a weekend of treats inside the hotel its a great place. The Only thing I'd wish for is a bit stronger etiquette in the restaurants esp. during breakfast like: phones must be silent, smoking forbidden also outdoors, no excessive perfumes.

"Best Hotel in Casablanca"

The staff at the hotel were exceptionally well trained and truly elevated my stay from comfortable to outstanding. From the moment I arrived, every team member was professional, attentive, and genuinely warm. They anticipated needs before I even had to ask, and every request was handled quickly and with a smile. The spa team, in particular, stood out. The spa manager was highly professional, welcoming me personally and taking the time to explain the treatments in detail. The therapists were skilled, respectful, and clearly experienced, creating a very relaxing atmosphere. Every detail, from cleanliness to music and lighting, reflected excellent training and attention to guest comfort. The restaurant staff were equally impressive. Service was smooth, organized, and discreet, with perfect timing between courses. They were knowledgeable about the menu, able to recommend dishes and explain ingredients confidently. I felt consistently well taken care of, whether at breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Overall, the hotel’s staff – from reception to spa to restaurant – demonstrated a high level of training, coordination, and hospitality. Their professionalism and kindness made my stay truly memorable and enjoyable.

During my stay, I noticed a clear difference in how guests were treated at breakfast. While the hotel staff in general were polite and professional, the service at breakfast did not reflect the same high standard. The team seemed to focus mainly on guests they already knew or recognized, giving them special attention, frequent check-ins, and a very warm attitude. However, for other guests, including myself, there was almost no interaction. No one came to ask what we wanted, whether we needed coffee or tea, or if everything was fine. We had to call staff several times just to place an order or request something simple. This created a feeling of being ignored and not equally valued as a guest. I believe a five-star hotel should treat all guests with the same level of care and attention, whether they are regular clients or first-time visitors. A more balanced and consistent approach from the breakfast staff would greatly improve the overall experience and better reflect the hotel’s standards. With better training in guest attention and fairness, the breakfast service could match the quality shown in other areas of the hotel.

Le petit déjeuner, le rooftop, le service, la décoration, la chambre et le standing.

L'entrée en voiture n'est pas bien claire (il faut refaire un grand tour, si vous la ratez).
