The hotel is dirty.

The floors were wet the carpet

The lady at check-in was incredible, very sweet and hospitable. The room was nice size, beds comfortable. There was an odor to the room and mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. A good cleaning and new paint in bathroom are needed. Convenient with food, gas, and other activities around the area.

Was not very clean and the room was not ready upon check in.

The breakfast was good. Our room was very accessible on the first floor. The pool looked good, though we did not use it.

The building and room was not well maintained. The window to look outside was very dirty. Several items in the room including the door to the bathroom were very worn and / or damaged. Some of the staff was not very professional. The location was convenient to the interstate, but the surroundings were somewhat unusual.

The property was quiet. Very ran down though and seems they have maintenance issues as the lights in the hallway was flickering

Property was clean although there were frequent smokers outside the door ways that made the ground level hallways and entryway of the hotel smell like a casino. I was a bit concerned the room would smell like smoke. Staff were super friendly and very knowledgeable, check in was a breeze. The room was clean and smelled nice and fresh! No tobacco smoke odor at all! The beds were nice and comfy with plenty of pillows. The continental breakfast was delicious for a free breakfast. There were hot items such as eggs, bacon and sausage. You could also make waffles, toast or bagels. There was also cereal, oatmeal and yogurt. I honestly had no complaints for this location. This was an overnight stay that served our family well.

Had bedbugs hopefully I get my refund the staff seemed shadey.
