We were met with great hospitality. Elios was very helpful with information on the area and nearby place to listen to music and have a bite. (We arrived later in the day) Breakfast offerings was fabulous

The staff was very good! they were helpful and friendly each time I talked to them. They were the best part of the stay. the location was good. Right in the middle of Albuquerque

The room did not look clean. It wasn't dirty it was just old and tired. The carpet looked dirty and the room just needed a fresh coat of paint. Everything was just dingy and old. NO free internet. The AC was not on when we checked in. The room was extremely hot. It took almost three hours to get the room cooled off. Luckily, we stayed two nights, so the second night was comfortable. The lack of parking was a big deal as well. Breakfast was fair at best.

Right next to the freeway (very noisy), property is run down, rooms were not very clean. Stains all over the carpet, bathrooms had dirt and hair on the floor (especially in the corners), pigeon living in the fireplace (very noisy), cleanliness was definitely questionable. The air conditioner also did not work well at all; it was so hot at night which made it almost impossible to sleep. We had two rooms, and they both had the same issues with cleanliness and the air conditioner. The breakfast was not good.
