"Bien situado, cerca de la playa y buen precio"

Lo mejor, la situación y la ubicación dado que estaba en el ático abuhardillado con ventana y vistas a un minibosque ...

El acceso (fortuitamente) tira un poco para atrás dado que se atraviesa por unas cuantas casas a medio construir y abandonadas... es una pena puesto que no está en manos del propietario. Pero influye.

Maria, que se porto muy bien en todo momento y es muy simpática y agradable, la comida buena, abundante y buen precio. La ubicación muy buena cerca de la playa y muy tranquila.

Falta ascensor, no tiene Internet y la señal de la tele es deficiente casi siempre.
