Natura Hotel Bodenmais - inkl Soft- und Heißgetränkeflat

Das Hotel ist hinsichtlich Ausstattung und auf dem Niveau einer guten und sauberen Jugendherberge.

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist nach unserem Empfinden komplett inakzeptabel. Wir hatten kurzfristig unseren 15-jährigen Sohn mitgenommen und für das Zustellbett wurden 110,-- Euro pro Nacht berechnet. Damit lag der Preis eines DZ mit Frühstück und Zustellbett bei Euro 395,-- pro Nacht - ein Niveau welches für ein erstklassiges Wellness Hotel oder 5-Sterne in der Stadt akzeptable ist. Allerdings bekommt man hier das Produkt eines 2-3 Sterne maximal Hotels. Billige Kissen und Decken, den kostenlosen Kaffee darf man nicht aus Zimmer nehmen (wenn man es doch macht lässt der Zimmerservice die dreckigen Tassen stehen und man bekommt eine schriftliche Ermahnung, dass man die Tassen zurückbringen müsse), keine Bodylotion, Frotteesandalen müssen and der Rezeption käuflich erworben werden, Eierspeisen beim Frühstück muss man selbst braten). Das Hotel ist ordentlich und sauber.

Alles ist sehr geflegt. Die Zimmer ansprechend. das Bad sauber.

Great location with beautiful views and hiking trails nearby. Room was a good size, clean, modern and had very comfortable mattress. We appreciated the choice of two pillows (soft and firm). Hot and cold drinks were available free of charge, which was a nice surprise, especially as there was no kettle or drinks provided in the room. Breakfast offered a reasonable selection and evening meals were enjoyable. Had quirky design and decorative features that added character and creates a nice warm and welcoming modern atmosphere which we really liked.

Reception was unmanned when we arrived and had to wait, as it appeared we were not expected. Friendly member of the kitchen staff helped and explained our booking was not received at the hotel, despite us having confirmation from Booking.com. Luckily, there was a room available and were able to check in. Bathroom fan was very loud whenever the light was switched on. Also quite a lot of noise early in the morning from other guests, walking or running around in the halls and rooms, mainly young children from around 6am onwards. Evening meals involved a long wait. Kitchen and waiting staff did not usually greet guests at breakfast or dinner, many seemed overworked or unhappy. Felt as though there were not enough staff and duties were overlapping. Rooms are only cleaned on request. Pool is much smaller than appears in the photos and became crowded at times. Not enough sun loungers for the number of guests, I counted only seven outside and were continuously occupied. Quiet area was not peaceful due to the door to the viranda being left open and children running in and out, or guests coming and going. We gave up with Netflix!
