Wc was kapot, douche was koud. Receptie zei ons eerst 100.000 VND per nacht, maar later werd dat ineens 130.000 VND per nacht. Kamer was niet schoon, geen ontbijt, buitenterrein is vies en stinkt

It was the only hotel available for this busy time

The hotel had numerous health and safety issues. The rooms lacked hot water, sewage was backed up into the bathroom and there was a leak in the bathroom. The hotel fails to address these issues and the staff even laughed at us for voicing our concerns and requesting a remedy.

Air conditioning did not work, toilets on the first floor backed up with sewage from the outside, no hot water.
