位置非常好，就在巴士總站的大樓裡，要搭巴士到各地都很方便，環境乾淨，周邊吃飯逛街也很多

飯店入口不太好找，入口在2樓要先去14樓大廳check in，又換電梯至客房樓層，攜帶大型行李有點辛苦

洗手台排水有堵塞情形，排水速度較慢，使用上稍有不便。建議飯店於住客入住前加強設備檢查與維護，確保排水系統正常運作，以提供更完善的住宿品質。

New, fresh, clean and spacious rooms. Comfy beds. Very good location next to the castle. Bus terminal on the ground floor.

Smell coming from the drain in the bathroom.

地點很棒, 房間夠大, 住起來很舒適.

1. 房間洗手台塞子沒辦法關, 沒辦法手洗衣服也沒有自助洗衣機. 2. 飯店出入口在2樓電梯直達14樓,櫃檯, 房間在另外一座電梯4-13F, 進出要搭電梯到14F再轉出去的電梯到2F, 稍嫌麻煩, 可接受是電梯很快.
