"Reviews were deceiving, not very clean and poorly kept up property"

Staff was all very nice and helpful

It was not well kept, and was not very clean. It didn’t look like our room had been vacuumed, and there was a dead bug on the bathroom floor. It was almost dark when the shuttle picked us up and the driver discovered the headlights did not work, and said they were supposed to have fixed it. Luckily the brights at least worked. This room was definitely not worth what I paid, but my flight had been cancelled so I had not many choices.

"One of the worst hotels I have ever been to."

Leaving

The whole feel of the place was dirty, the room was not clean, it was dark, the windows were old so you could hear everything outside, the bed had a metal frame which squeaked everything you barely moved. I was only in there 15 minutes decided I didn't like it and the person at the front desk wouldn't refund my my money so I just left. Waisted 100 dollars on nothing. Ended up going to a Hilton that money was well spent.
