The Loft Hotel - Adults Only

Weekend break, fabulous food and central to the square. Room lovely and comfortable, the rooftop adds a lovely touch to the break. Very clean and tidy.

Wouldnt hesitate to stay again . Staff brillant ,trips all sorted by hotel Trendy rooms ,nice showers

Pros: very central, right next to Kraków Grzegórzki train station (you can get a train from and to the airport from/to it). Breakfast was good, there were cold and hot options. We didn’t use the sauna but the hot tub was nice, there’s no booking for it so had to wait about 20mins for people to leave but it’s no big deal. Cons: pillows a little thin compared to other hotels, the shower screen didn’t really stop the water from getting all over the bathroom, the iPad to control AC, lights, and blinds froze on the last night so we couldn’t make the room colder/warmer. The staff are nice but do gossip quite loudly around guests (probably thinking we don’t speak the language; I do) and often on their phones. Overall: we had a nice stay and all considered would probably stay here again as we liked the decor and location.

Fantastic hotel. Great freindly staff and really modern rooms. You use a mobile phone to open the room and control the lights and blinds etc. breakfast was very good. Cooked to order hot breakfast. Dinner was delicious as well. It’s an Italian style pizza and other options and cooked in a traditional pizza oven. You are located overlooking the main train line from the airport (7 stops away and one stop down from the main train station and shopping centre) We used the hot tub and spa facilities and they were exceptional and a really hot tub overlooking the city but still Private. On arrival we were given a bottle of Prosecco and had use of a FREE mini bar with non alcoholic drinks in. Five big stars for this hotel ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Amazing staff who were always on hand and helpful - late night pizza or packed lunch before heading to the airport at 3 in the morning they were there. The hotel itself was clean and a hugh spec - rooms were great, hot tub on the roof was a bonus - relaxed and got to socialise with other hotel guests. Location was spot on - right next to train station and 5/10 minute walk to centre.

Very modern European style. I dont think my a/c was working in my room. Had it set at it's lowest, fan at the highest and still very hot in the room

This hotel is in the perfect spot in Krakow. It is a 2 min walk to the old town, 5 mins from the jewish quarter and next to the train station. The rooms are fabulous and have floor length windows. Hot tub on the roof was brilliant especially in the evenings. Breakfast - plenty of choice - hot/ cold. Staff were excellent considering their English wasnt great and our Polish was non existent. Will definitely visit again.

We stayed as a couple at The Loft in February 2024 for 2 nights. Upon check-in you are given a phone that acts as your room key that controls the heating, blinds, TV, lights and room service. Our room didn’t have a phone as it was out of order so we were given a card to access. Every room also has a tablet on the wall that controls everything. We couldn’t connect to the TV to get Netflix but this wasn’t a huge issue. One great feature of this hotel is the rooftop hot tub. We went up on both nights and had it to ourselves with our friends for 2 hours each night. The Prosecco you have in your room when you check-in is great to have up there and the views are incredible. Breakfast is continental with the option of cooked items. I’m vegan and although there wasn’t masses, there is vegan butter, milk, toast, tofu, cereal, fruit and cold options that change daily. The rooms are modern and have the option of mattresses if you want hard or soft. There is a soft drinks fridge that is complimentary and restocked everyday. The bar and pizza restaurant downstairs is 24 hours and is great if you fancy a drink but don’t want to leave. Everything is in walking distance with the main square and Jewish quarter both 10/15 minutes either way. We would definitely come back.
