The staff are good and helpfull

The property is not size and they were charging additional money for credit card payments. The breakfast was terrible, even breads were not available and not ready to refill.

Great location and rooms where great size

Location was good, staff lovely

The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help. They made our stay comfortable and truly memorable. Excellent service all around.

The rooms could use better soundproofing, as we were often disturbed by door noises from neighboring rooms, especially during the evening and early morning. Additionally, with only one functioning elevator, it sometimes took a while to get to the lower floors. The buffet restaurant was decent, but it would be great to have more variety and options available.

We booked a room with two rooms for two couples and extra sofa in the living room for 5thnperson, and there was no sofa, so one person had no place to sleep. They simpy said that they do not have rooms for 5 people despite selling them here... also I checked a month before arriving if the pool was opened. They told me it was being refurbished but would be ready in a week, but when we arrived, a month after their email actually guaranteed it would be finished, it was still during construction. In the morning it turned out that breakfast was really poor so we decided to look for another hotel. In short, a joke, not a serious hotel.

Look we were just looking for some where to sleep I found this hotel and it met our expectations it is clean; staff are friendly, and it was close to everything er needed I would recommend it
