Beautiful sculptures are there everywhere in the property.

Food was pathetic. Chefs are mostly local but they should be trained properly. They can’t make simple food also properly. Worst part was despite branding themselves as non-violent venture, they do cook and serve meat for foreigners. Room service staff is also quite slow in their work. Same thing has to be repeated at least twice to get get it done

Staff multitask and don't hesitate to do any job. They are always polite and smiling. Awesome massage.

Deserve a great concept. The agraharam has been maintained in its pristine condition. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. The bathroom facilities were also excellent. The buffet dinner was north Indian style, but they did serve dosas. The breakfast was typical Tamil Nadu and Kerala style. It was all vegetarian and the spice level was just right for us. The owner lives in the property and greets every visitor. We had a chance to talk to him. It’s impressive the work he has done to make this brand new concept possible. The Agraharam brought back back memories of my childhood when I visited my grandparents at their home in Lalgudi near Trichy. By Indian standards, the hotel room rates are one of the highest . But for the experience, I would say that you got them value for your money. We certainly would visit their other two properties for the experience. We were. surprised that the Hindu’s spiritual leader, Sankaracharya had a vacation room here which has been preserved in its pristine condition .
