"Very good heritage hotel."

We loved the philosophy of the hotel and its founder in saving a heritage building but also actively supporting the local community. Steve was an active presence throughout our stay and his friendly and welcoming manner was personified in his staff too. They were all very friendly approachable and attentive. Our room was large and comfortable breakfast was good. The pool was lovely and I had a wonderful massage.

The grounds of the hotel are lovely but there is nowhere comfortable to sit and enjoy them the Stone and wooden benches would benefit from cushions. Evening buffet was disappointing limited choice. Hotel is a stopping point for large tour groups, so restaurant got very busy.

"Worst hospitality experience"

Nothing more specific.

Horrible experience in terms of hospitality specifically with the staff and the owner of the property. They have replaced my booked room category with some other dirty room without our knowledge. When we identified and asked the property management, we had a fight and I decided to vacate the place right away. Very bad attitude from the owner and worst experience ever had in terms of hospitality in my life.

Highly overrated. Manager was brushing problems like taps not working away by using the rustic experience as an excuse.

"Very nice place but their room attention sucks"

No tea in room , no mosquito oil , no glasses for water . For such a lovely well kept room their attention to detail was terrible . Good staff , great place
