Good selection of food at breakfast, buffet style. The service provided by Eldon, incredibly helpful and welcoming.

Unhelpful staff who didn't even leave the reception desk to help us with our bags on arrival at 2am (with the exception of Eldon who was super helpful and friendly - he's a gem). Boiling hot rooms - no AC. We had to sleep with the window wide open. Breakfast was from 7.30, and as we were doing long day trips with early starts, it was needed, but never ready on time. Nothing would appear until at least 8. Location not ideal and no metro near by.
