Belle vue sur les montagnes. Garage pratique. Maison spacieuse. Literie correcte et deux grandes salles de bain. Agence a l’écoute lors des demandes.

Équipement un peu vieillissant. Environnement parfois bruyant même la nuit (chiens, coq, mais indépendants de la villa). De nombreux insectes dans la maison.

We had an amazing stay! The apartment was very spacious, clean, and had everything we needed – a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and even a private garage. The large swimming pool and the view of the Atlantic Ocean were absolutely stunning. We especially loved the peaceful surroundings and unforgettable sunsets. Highly recommended for anyone looking to relax and enjoy the beauty of Madeira’s north coast!

One small downside – on a few mornings, we found a couple of large cockroaches, already lifeless or barely moving, likely affected by pest control measures. Nothing major, but something to be aware of in a warm climate 😊

Very clean, and everything you could want for cooking your own meals. Pool was amazing. Beautiful location.

There were ants in most of the rooms. The beds were quite uncomfortable.

Beautiful spacious villa with a lovely pool on west facing terrace, meaning lots of sunshine and excellent sunset views. Ponta Delgada is a small and friendly village, well located for access across the island.

Nothing not to like! As others have said, a few more mugs would be good but there are plenty of dainty coffee cups and overall it’s a large and well equipped kitchen
