IDIDBreakfast was nice, mostly local delicacy, staff very helpful, i got high floor as i prefer.
The doors could be better, i could hear what everyone saying down the hall, the area is not really down town, not very convenient if you dont have your own bike/car.

BEThe staff was wonderful. They went out of their way to help us and were very friendly. The breakfast was really good as well. We also enjoyed the pool a lot.
You see the hotel suffered in Covid times. Everything needs to have a bit of renovation. The swimming pool is nice, but the chairs need a new pillow, the wooden planks need to be replaced and the walls need a bit of paint. Same with the room, the bathroom is alright, but it needs a hard cleaning to look very nice again.

the reception forgot to return my wife's Indonesian ID card and we realised only after we left the hotel and reached Bali, our next destination. The hotel attempted to return the ID card and send it through courier service to our hotel in Bali but did not reached. We have returned to Nepal since mid August but my wife ID card is still nowhere in the status, either returned back to the hotel or not
