About the Arrivals: - Check-in time is from 4:00 PM, but I am flexible. If you wish to arrive earlier, please contact me in advance and I will do my best to accommodate you. - After 4:00 PM, you will be able to access the property on your own, provided that you have completed the online registration in advance. After that, we will coordinate the in-person check-in. If you prefer to meet in person, we must schedule an appointment at a specific time. - Please note that: After 8:00 PM, there is an extra charge of €50 After midnight, the extra charge is €70 -Check-out must be by 10:00 AM. If you have different preferences, please let me know at least 2 days in advance and I will do my best to accommodate you! - I am happy to welcome your four-legged friends! There is an extra charge of €50 per stay for extraordinary cleaning.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Exceptional"

Stayed only for one night. The apartment is nice and clean. As far as we have 2 kids we have requested for the late check out. The personnel gladly assist us with that request

Location. There is a train station just a few steps away.

The place was not clean. There were foot prints on the floor. I had read some comments on Google about mold in the shower area and decided to give it a chance anyway. I regretted it so badly because it was true.

"Good place and location w/ strange check-in/out "

Good place, in a good location, very near to the train station of Ponte Galeria. The bed is good and the shower is reasonable. The neighborhood has a small bakery, restaurant, and mini market that facilitate small purchases and meals. A relevant point of attention is the check-in and check-out times. Entering at 16:00 and leaving at 10:00 is not common, even though some places try to normalize it. I would seriously reconsider these start and finish times of the stay.

"Exceptional"

The apartment was huge, clean, and very comfortable. Check-in was easy, there was a full kitchen if you wanted to cook, and the location was great - very close to the airport and to a train stop that will take you right into the center of Rome. The host was very communicative and it was an excellent value for the money.

No complaints!

"Good place to stay for a night near airport"

Really close to train station; train ticket 8 eur from airport one way per person (kids free). Room size is reasonable, and has a nice balcony with a coffee table. Local pizzeria 4 min walk distance (went for breakfast). Fruits and vegetables 1 min away for very good price (mini market). There is good shopping mall few train stops away between airport and apartment; we bought ticket to final destination and went out for quick shopping and lunch.

There was no electric kettle, use some cup to boil water for tea. Bed is not super comfortable, but considering the price I should not complain. Note: Be aware that you cannot buy ticket on the train station near apartment (there is no ticket machine), so we bought online and got tickets via email.
