The location was excellent - right in the middle of the Gaslamp District. The room (suite) was nicely appropriated. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

ホテルの部屋がとても良くて、本当に寛ぐことができました。素敵なお部屋でした。ベッドメイキングも清潔に整えて下さり快適でした。水筒にお水を用意して下さり配慮を感じました。サンディエゴに来た時には、宿泊したいホテルです。窓からの風景からアメリカを感じることが出来ました。

フロントの応対が今一つです。アルバイトの人が多い印象で、到着した時にはおしゃべりをしていて、ホテルの受付としては良くない印象です。週末は賑やかなので、落ち着かないですね。

Everything was perfect. I loved the location because it was near the places I planned to visit during my trip, the facility was very nice a bit old but with a contemporary atmosphere, clean and cozy. The staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly, especially Merry at the front desk, she’s AMAZING.

Merry at the front desk was exceptionally kind. Upgraded us at check in for free! The vibe of the hotel is awesome, with lots of historical pictures of Gaslamp everywhere. It was so clean and cute. Also, super affordable. I will 100% be staying here again.
