Sweet Sevilla Suites - Smart Hotel

La ubicación y tranquilidad del edificio ( muy silencioso). El personal de limpieza muy amable.

La cocina no estaba dentro de la habitación, las camas eran muy incómodas. La calefacción no funcionaba cuando llegamos y al día siguiente dejó de funcionar otra vez. También dejó de funcionar el wifi.

Estaba muy limpio y sumamente cómodo, moderno, con todos los servicios ofrecidos funcionando correctamente... Volveríamos seguramente!

Solo aclarar que la 3era cama era muy bajita y somos 3 adultos, pero no lo reclame porque era comoda igualmente .

Ottima posizione

Non ho mai visto nessuno dello staff. In camera mancava un asciugamano per le mani. Non c'era ne' frigo bar/ ne' macchina caffe' come indicato/ ne' una bottiglia acqua d'accoglienza. Bagno senza aspiratore.

La ubicación

Las camas sólo tenian sábanas y una manta bastante fina. No había edredones y pasamos frio. No podia ka cambiar los ajustes del aire acondicionado para que diera calor porque lo tienen precintado para que la gente no toque. Tuvimos que usar toallas para abrigarnos. Es el primer hotel en el que he estado donde no hay edredones.

Good location 1 minute walk to Metropol Parasol (Las Setas) 15 minutes to the Cathedral and Real Alcazar. Room was clean.

This is not a hotel and there are no staff on the premises. 2 days before arrival we were sent 3 codes: for the main door, our room and common areas (kitchen and store room). Using these was a pain as you have to remember them/write them down (it wasn't just us but we saw other guests putting down what they were carrying just to look something up on their phone); and why do you need a code to the kitchen when everyone in the building knows it? The room was very small: the bed area not much bigger than the bed plus some hanging/shelf space. There was nowhere to sit or unpack, apart from the bed. We had a "deluxe" room, which had a small outside space (half the size of the bed area) with 3 high walls, but this wasn't much use either. The property is described as Suites and although were weren't expecting a suite, we were expecting something larger. There was also a small shower room with a good size shower, which blocked and spread water into the room. When we contacted them (via WhatsApp) they said to "avoid inconvenience" the mop and bucket were in the cleaning cupboard. There is a shared kitchen where there was a box per room to use to leave food in the fridge, a bit like being in student accommodation. There were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room so you have to go up/down stairs/lift with cups (remembering the codes as you go). The kitchen doesn't have a table or chairs and the only place to sit is on stools by a breakfast bar looking at the wall. When we left we asked them via WhatsApp to arrange a taxi to the airport (as advertised) the response was that we should contact a member of staff. The only person we could find was the cleaning lady who tried to help but couldn't work out what to do. We tried to phone for a taxi but as we don't speak Spanish, that didn't work either. So we dragged our luggage to a local restaurant who called us a taxi (after a lovely lunch).
