A lovely property with rooms in keeping with the age of the property, everything was stunning!! Staff all very happy friendly and super helpful! Thank you Tom for your help during our stay! Breakfast was a highlight! Great location

Amazing hotel and bar! Really great food and service! Quirky hotel rooms, we loved it!

Good location and friendly staff. Car park a bonus. Also had Sunday lunch during our stay which was good. Was very Christmassy and decorated really lovely and festive.

Everything was generally really good..however one slight niggle was that our room (Number 1) smelt of stale water from the shower cubicle which is in the main bedroom.

The breakfast was very good and generous. Our room was lovely and the bed was comfortable. Very laid back place to stay and a great location. The staff were very pleasant too.

Difficult stairs to negotiate for older people with heavy bags. No help was offered. Serious lack of parking for such a busy place. Residents should have absolute priority.

We would prefer bathroom facilities not to be in the main bedroom. Toiletries were mixed up/missing in the shower. Light in the toilet not working and door ill-fitting. These were minor issues in what was a lovely unique room.
