There is a lovely coffee bar next to the property which offers the best coffee and cakes. During the summertime, an open terrace might be a bit noisy during the day hours, working hours from 10 am to 10 pm, but overall a very calm place. The terrace is closing at 10 pm. We are ensuring with the bar owners that you enjoy your stay and feel comfortable.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. "A very comfortable, modern and ‘funky’ apartment super close to city centre."

This was a great ‘funky’ studio apartment only a couple of blocks from city centre. Very comfortable, clean and well appointed. Lovely bathroom products supplied!

The apartment is set within a courtyard which contains a coffee shop and other apartments, plus blinds are not blockout, so if you want an early night or a late sleep in it may not be perfect for your needs.

"All in all we had pleasant stay and the host was also very kind."

The apartment is very nice, clean and fresh. The location is very good with a nice cafe in the garden.

There is however small problem with water in the bathroom. When you shower the water is all over the floor because there is no shower curtain and one water tab is missing in the sink.

Small but comfortable

It was never mentioned when booking that this apartment was actually in a courtyard that had a busy cafe / bar. This 11 resulted in a lot of noise, especially on the Friday evening, although it did close by 11pm. Not a great problem, but may be an issue for some people.

"Perfect location close to Old Town - provided everything we needed & looked just like the picture!"

We never did meet the owner of the property but luckily, the young man (Ofac?) at the cafe across the way, provided us with all the help we needed - his English was very good and he was a wealth of information. Apparently he works in conjunction with Marco.

The curtains, there for privacy, were incorrectly hung and wouldn't close properly - my husband fixed them up as much as he could. I know that's pretty minor.

Location was perfect. apartment is modern style and owners are very nice.

The café is right in front of the room so you hear people talking, music and shower needs improvement
